An unbeaten 161 by Rahul Gunasekera and a four-wicket haul by Thenuka Perera helped Wesley College to end day one in a commanding position in their Under-19 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament encounter against Kingswood College which began at Campbell Park yesterday.
Wesley taking first lease of the wicket made a formidable 351 for eight declared in their first innings and Kingswood in reply ended the day at 65 for seven.
