I have been living in Britain since the mid 70s,when I left Sri Lanka after my A Levels to study in a British University. The Sherlock Holmes are all just novels brought to near reality by Britain’s world influence at that time due to its empire. There is nothing at all anyone can learn of substance from this novels. On the whole the British are not clever and they clearly lacks any common sense. Streets of Britain are very dangerous but the “real”detectives from the Police are brainless to do anything about it. You have to live in Britain to realise the stupidity of this country.
