Janashakthi Insurance has affirmed its commitment towards uplifting the lifestyles of three wheeler drivers, sponsoring a series of three wheeler carnivals. The carnivals, which are organised by Sirasa FM, consist of a day of fun and frolic for three wheeler drivers and their families. The events, which kicked off last October, have already been held in Ratnapura, Kuliyapitiya,Pelawatte, Kandy and Galle, with a further carnival being held in Monaragala this month.Janashakthi employees visited three wheeler parks in the vicinity of the carnivals to personally invite three wheeler drivers, while handing out stickers.“Janashakthi has consistently been a first mover in the three wheeler market, going into the segment when many other insurers were hesitant.

These carnivals aim to uplift the perception of three wheeler drivers and their lifestyles, while simultaneously giving them the opportunity to enjoy a day out with their families. As a company deeply rooted in the local community, we are proud to support this worthy cause as a measure of our commitment towards three wheeler drivers,” said Kaushala Amarasekara - Senior Brand Manager, Janashakthi Insurance. The three wheeler carnivals include a special play area for children, games, three wheeler races, a singing competition and even a “Mr. Handsome” contest. There are also prizes handed out for the best modified three wheeler.
