The Deputy General Secretary for the UNP Ruwan Wijewardene who engaged in religious observances at the Kelaniya Rajamaha Vihara received blessings from the Chief Incumbent Prof. Rev. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangha Rakkitha Thera at the Temple yesterday.
