The Examinations Department yesterday requested the 2019 G.C.E Advanced Level applicants to log on to their official website (https://doenets.lk/) to obtain their admission cards if they did not receive them yet by post. Its commissioner General Sanath Pujitha said all examination admission cards had already been posted as of yesterday. The admission cards could be downloaded by entering the National Identity Card (NIC) number to the website.
He said the exam would be held according to the new and old syllabus. The exam would be conducted at 2, 678 examination centres islandwide. 74, 789 will sit for the examination as private candidates. The G.C.E. A/L examinations would be held from August 6 to August 31. Candidates can contact the Examinations Department on 011 278 4208 or 011 278 4537, 011 3188350, 0113140314 and fax no 011 2784422 for any assistance or clarification.
