Minister Rishad Bathiudeen and the two Governors Asath Sally and M.L.A.M Hizbullah who are alleged to have links with National Thowheed Jama'at (NTJ) should be asked to resign and subjected to an investigation, TNA MP Sivashakthi Anandan told Parliament today.
He said this should be done immediately without wasting time on a no-confidence motion.
“What is happening today is that President Maithripala Sirisena wants to safeguard the two governors while Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is keen on safeguarding Minister Bathiudeen. They should ask the minister and the governors resign if necessary and then subjected to an impartial investigation,” the MP said.
“A UNP Tamil MP was made to resign when she spoke about LTTE leader Prabahakaran. This matter was referred to the Judiciary as well. Therefore it is best that the minister and the governors are treated in a similar manner,” he said.
UNP MP Harshana Rajakaruna also said Minister Bsthiudeen should be subjected to aninvestigation.(Yohan Perera and Ajith Siriwardana)

Azath Sally is a Strong Sufi Muslim.. he can never and Never Will Be a Wahabi. Unfortunately the non muslims don't know the differences in the sects within Islam. If you they knew they'd not make such false statements.
