Virtusa wins three Golds at NCE Awards

Virtusa Corporation, a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, won three Gold awards at the recently concluded 23rd Annual National Chamber of Exporters Awards (NCE Awards) for its outstanding contribution to exports from the country. Virtusa was also recently recognized as the most valuable IT export brand in the country by Brand Finance Lanka in its 12th edition of Brands Annual. 
In recognition of its excellent efforts in encouraging, hiring and retaining local talent and resources to add value to its services, Virtusa was awarded gold in the ‘Most Value Added Exporter’ for the year 2014 category. In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, Virtusa also bagged the gold awards for the ‘Export of Business and Professional Services – Extra Large Sector’ and the ‘Most Outstanding Exporter in the Export of Business and Professional Services – Extra Large 
Sector’ categories.

It recognizes excellence within the local export sector, and companies that make indispensable and vital contributions to sustain and expand the Sri Lankan economy. The awards laud innovative advancements and excellence in the export industry under three areas – products, business and professional services, and service providers to exporters.
