Record breaking milk rice

About 15,000 kilos of milk rice was prepared by 350 chefs at
Independence Square on Thursday to mark the second swearing in of President Mahinda Rajapaksa. Sri Lanka hopes to enter the Guinness Book of World Records by creating the biggest portion of life-sized milk rice in history. Pix by Pradeep Dilrukshana
