Supply chain management company Eagle Logistics Colombo is facilitating another forum with National Medicine Regulatory Authority ( NMRA ) for its customers who are importing Medical Devices in Sri Lanka.
This will be held on 22 September from 9 am-12 noon at Mahaweli Kendraya Colombo 07. Basically Eagle Logistics has identified that many non-compliances have been due to lack of regularity awareness and they have invited the officials of NMRA to conduct same.
This is another event organising by CSR Unit of Eagle Logistics. Asanga Weerackody Managing Director of Eagle Logistics said, ‘We as supply chain logistics companies should understand the need of our customers, not just the cost of the process, but all accepts of the operations and find this type of methods which will help them to gain knowledge and speed up the lead times from the time they find a product to the time they deliver same to their customers.
Further he said, ‘We will continue this type of forums with other regulatory bodies like TRC, Import control etc. Also he thank the officials of NMRA for willing to do this programme and importers are delighted to participate.
