Members of Civil Security Department (CSD) of Sri Lanka were seen harvesting their rice crop in former war-torn Kilinochchi district recently. CSD Director General Chandrarathna Pallegama also participated in the event. With the end of the war in 2009, CSD has been engaging in farming activities in state-owned lands in several districts in the country
