The ruling UPFA is leading the 2010 General Elections with a total of 117 seats in parliament so far while the UNP has 46 seats, the TNA 12 and the DNA of General Sarath Fonseka securing five seats. Meanwhile the results of the Kandy and Trincomalee Districts are yet to be released owing to some malpractices.

Well planned distribution. UPFA has 2/3 what they aimed for. Congradulation and have a good strong backbond to develop country. They Sri Lanka will be proud in world and have joyful life. But need to control drugs, corruption, fighting and stealing and all bad stuff by establishing real law to same for everyone.

Fool's paradise = Sri Lanka!

Yes, at the moment, it appears that they will be short by around 10 heads, to obtain the 2/3rds majority. But, do not forget as to how MR built-up his majority, last time. All possibilities are there that he will repeat his tactics and secure 10 heads of the UNF, to crossover. Wait and see!
