United National Party Kalutara District MP Palitha Thewarapperuma was today further remanded on charges of assaulting an Agalawatta Pradeshiya Sabha member. (TFT)

    This is a good way to show the general public that goons and thugs are an unwanted people in this country. I request the judge to give him a minimum of one year.
