Yiipiieeeee so agree with Calictus. Congrats Dilshan n the team !!!

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 02:35 PM

Can MP tolerate this victory by youngsters and leave the scene? Don't think so. He might have already got his name in the team list for the next series. We can see him in the field and get some ducks.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 02:37 PM

    Well done..... Young players.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 02:37 PM

Superb performances SL !Thank god No SANATH !

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 02:53 PM

Sanath was an unknown player like these guys once, dont forget he is the BACKBONE of the sri lankan team! Looking forward to his selection for the Asia cup.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:07 PM

Batting second definitely helped us due to some strange reason the team batting first ended up loosing all games. Our fielding was outstanding, bowlers bowled well and Dilshan led by example. Having seen all this, if he has any dignity left Sanath should retire from international cricket now. I cannot see him having any chance of getting into Asia Cup squad, unless there is political interference once again.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:09 PM

SANATH PLEASE ADMIT, YOU ARE NOW TOO OLD TO BE IN THE TEAM ANYMORE.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:12 PM

i hope MP will keep quite....

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:21 PM

The selectors should learn from this result

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:30 PM

I saw namal playing other day and he should open the batting with sanath in the asia cup

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 03:55 PM

Congrats to our very young highly talented cricketers. I too fully agree with Calistus. Sanath had 100% support from the Sri Lankans those days and it got reduced to less than 40% after he entered politics assuming that betel leaf scored less than 40% without any frauds and manipulations and the results showed otherwise. It got reduced further by trying to be too selfish to continue until the next world cup. Now it could be well below 20%.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 04:40 PM

WELL DONE. JUST HOPE THAT THE MP WOULD RETIRE GRACEFULLY ATLEAST NOW. WE DO HAVE GOOD OPENERS.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 04:41 PM

    Congratulations!
You did it and you can do it. All the best for the future.

    Thursday, 10 June 2010 03:50 AM

well done and congrats guys........And we hope we will be the asian champs

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 05:31 PM

Hip Hip Hurra For Bayliss's lads! Great show.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 05:50 PM

Goods news to SL Fans sana and Mendis are out of Asia Cup..........Awesome.... Good move Aravinda. Keep up your good work. Cheers!

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 06:11 PM

WOW.....the youngsters really did it....Good Job Chaps.....I hope our Minister learned a good lesson...simply time to say Goodbye Sir...!!!!

    Thursday, 10 June 2010 03:55 AM

Toss played crucial role in all the matches. The team which batted first in all the matches lost. Because batting first was always difficult because of the ball movement. Mind.. we lost two matches when we batted first. If Zimbabwe had won the toss yesterday, result would have been otherwise.

    Wednesday, 09 June 2010 06:40 PM

Way to go! WELL DONE SL!

    Thursday, 10 June 2010 03:59 AM

Well done Dilshan & Team. SL Rocks! Roarrrrrrr!

    Thursday, 10 June 2010 04:10 AM

    Congratulations! Keep it up.
