Indication that next week we can expect few more UNP MPs to join the Government to strengthen Mahinda Chinthana 2

    sw Monday, 23 August 2010 12:02 PM

What does Ranil want now, a Mansion?.

    makalu Monday, 23 August 2010 01:55 PM

What a foolish leaders lead UNP prove these actions. In fact all leaders in UNP must leave it and must hand over the party to a completely new crowd.

It is nothing related to ranil
Mahindha wants Ranil to lead UNF for another decade.ranil acts as what MR asks for

    weerasinghe Monday, 23 August 2010 02:08 PM

Ranil will be in SLFP soon

    Yeti Monday, 23 August 2010 02:19 PM

No. To get Sajith off his back!!

    shovini Monday, 23 August 2010 06:40 PM

    Ranil must be careful!

    Sena2 Monday, 23 August 2010 06:59 PM

The fact that the President engages in dialogue with the opposition, on an all-important subject like Constitutional Reforms, is somelthing that we should all feel happy about!

    izzy Monday, 23 August 2010 07:48 PM

Ranil will be Prime Minister, instead of Mervin?

    jagath Monday, 23 August 2010 07:57 PM

People should be happy that our leaders are working together!

    harry Monday, 23 August 2010 10:21 PM

The most burning issue in Srilanka is the cost of living and these people should address that issue as a priority matter. The Constituition, import of cars, etc. can all wait. Please think of the ordinary people and their families!

These talks will be like the peace negotiations - it will end in a deadlock - with no side winning. Rather than going to TT, Ranil should make MR come to Cambridge Place or Siri Kotha.

    Nan Tuesday, 24 August 2010 06:14 AM

haha i hope the die hard ranil supporters don't feel too stupid now...

    Perumal Tuesday, 24 August 2010 06:15 AM

Exactly, but when Mahinda breaks negotiations and goes into offensive the UNP will be in shatters and Ranil will be the only one left without being harmed.

    raja Tuesday, 24 August 2010 11:30 AM

have u forgotten the lives ofIDPs????they are more important than "cost of living!"...
