Singapore or Malaysia did not develop with human right.. Lee Kwan Yew and Dr.Mahathir were kind of DICTATORS in both countries..! But they had a vision for the nation..! They turned that vision in to realities.. See now those counties...! Let MR to do the same..!

This corrupted Dehiwela MC should scrapped, this council has no consistency , even the building plans are approved in adhoc manner. Some are allowed to raise more than 5 floors were as others are not allowed go beyond 4.
