Deported Lankans arrive

A group of 30 Sri Lankan men arrived at the Bandaranaike International Air Port, Katunayake, this morning, after being sent back home from Christmas Island, Australia, official sources said.

The Australian government sent this group of men, who are residents of Galle, Matara and Hambantota, back to Sri Lanka on a charter flight that left from Christmas Island yesterday. (Deepa Adikari)
