Bharatha murder case fixed for trial from Oct. 12

The Trial-at-bar hearing of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra murder case was fixed for October 12 by the Colombo High Court today.

The case is to be heard from Monday to Wednesday of each week commencing from October 12.

Meanwhile, the accused including the former MP Duminda Silva said they were not pleading guilty when the charges were read out in High Court. (LS)

    When did political figures admit to doing wrong. They try all sorts of stories which disgrace themselves. MR is responsible for all this as he let his ministers do what ever they pleased. His ministers were allowed to be above the law. via DM Android App
