Suspicious movements. What for a nonsense. Did they carry guns or explosives? Do you need now a special passport to go to Negombo?

it is much better to check now on people loitering rather than showing on CCTV footage to us after disaster happened like in Katuvapitiya. There also we saw people loitering but on CCTV footage after the damage was done. The Security Officers must be commended for their timely action. If the loitering was an innocent act, whats the big deal?

Dam shame that the Act IGP is allowing such police behaviour under his purview. Very soon theis country will also revolt against the police like in other countries. The police is trying to be too much.

What is suspicious movement ?. One's believe of suspicious movement may be perfectly normal for the other person. Isn't police have anything else to do with the time they have in their hands ? NO THEY WILL NOT ARREST THE REAL CRIMINALS, in fact the Police is the main problem itself.
