Indian Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will arrive in Sri Lanka soon to participate in talks on the proposed Economic and Technology Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to be signed between the two countries, Acting Foreign Affairs Minister Harsha de Silva told Daily Mirror.
She was expected to visit Sri Lanka earlier, but it was postponed because of some commitments in New Delhi.
The official level negotiations are already underway to sign the agreement. (Kelum Bandara)
