Now days SL's legal system and act of other Authorities becoming very joke?

    Ashiq Monday, 18 July 2016 03:17 PM

Don't you know the law of the land. you can't keep them in the jail forever for all the cases. If the suspect has valid reason Magistrate has to give the bail. Just because you didn't see this during the previous government, it doesn't mean it is wrong. go learn some law

    Ashiq Monday, 18 July 2016 03:20 PM

Charging and convicting are different things, you can't keep the suspect always in remand unless a vlaid reason can be provided. mostly in the murder cases suspect are kept for a long period.
