Pls. check this driver's are under Alcohol or drugs.. Some of drivers are taking drugs.. Do the authority have any instrument to measure that... Some times this fellow was ok.. Another crazy 3wheel or bus has created this situation and do escaped... via DM Android App

Most of em are not fit to ply on the roads. These are death traps waiting ...sadly none cares... Mobile phone use again?

We don't need to go far to see these miscreants at work. All the media has to do is stand near the end of green path at the public library end, and record the buses taking the corner from the museum towards Colpetty.
