3 arrested for running brothel

Three suspects were arrested on charges of operating a brothel under the pretext of it being Ayurvedic Massage Clinic at Udahamulla area in Mirihana, police said.

The arrests were carried out by the Mirihana police on a search warrant issued by the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court. Among those arrested was a man who posed off as an Ayurvedic physician and two women.

The suspects will be produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate today.

    I personally intervened in this matter and investigated. True story was revealed - A politician (PS) backed by Dr. Mervyn Silva & Thondaman was involved in this issue. No smoke without fire.
