Case filed after phone rings in Court

A court case was filed today against former solicitor general and President’s Counsel (PC) Rienzie Arsecularatne whose mobile phone had reportedly rung insidethe Galle High Court while a case was in progress.

However, Mr. Arsakularatne told Court that he was not guilty and the court case was postponed to next January by Galle High Court Judge K.B.K.Hirimburegama.

Yeah quick quick file cases for this type of criminal activities! Drag other non-important murder cases, Mass scale robberies for Years! Sri Lankan Judiciary is Pathetic!!! Judged and lawyers, police all the same.

Some cases are open and shut cases but others you need evidence and proof - that takes time.

this is exact problem in Sri Lanka, that is people are too emotional, they make decision predominantly on emotions...rationality is non-existing.... god save SL...
