this is not a misdemeanor. This is a criminal misconduct by the police, raiding a business entity without a search warrant and making an illegal arrest of employees. If this happens in a civilized country, the business establishment could file a libel civil lawsuit against the police seeking hundreds of thousands in punitive damages from the Police. That won't happen in a Banana Republic,
