NTB announces free supermarket shopping spree winners

Nations Trust Bank (NTB) continues to provide opportunities to its cardholders with attractive benefits that are pertinent. The latest promotion, allows all NTB American Express (Amex) and MasterCard credit and debit cardholders to stand a chance to win free supermarket shopping for the rest of the year by using their NTB cards and entering a weekly draw. 

NTB Head of Cards Nimesh Fernando commented, “Most people use supermarkets on a regular basis and it has now become an essential part of people’s lives. Especially as the supermarkets are conveniently located and is equipped to serve all needs of the shopper. Consumers end up spending a significant portion of their earnings on grocery shopping, irrespective of their income. Having observed this trend, we have designed this offer specifically to benefit our cardholders.”

Cardholders simply need to shop for products for a minimum of Rs.2,500 at any supermarket islandwide with their NTB Amex or MasterCard cards to stand a chance to win. Winners will be selected on a weekly basis and the offer will reward nine lucky winners in total. The promotion commenced on July 1, 2016 and is available until August 31, 2016. Thus far, the bank has announced four winners, Chandralatha Mudalige, Asoka Disawage, Dr. Ganeshan Pradeepkumar and Nadeesha Erandi during the weekly announcements.
