Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda, and Girls’ High School, Kandy, emerged Under-12 boys’ and girls’ ‘A’ Division champions respectively at the All Island inter-school table tennis team Championship 2025 held at the Indoor Stadium, Bandaragama.
The tournament, organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Table Tennis Association (SLSTA) had the participation of 130 boys’ teams and 120 girls’ teams from schools in the country.
In the Under-12 boys’ ‘A’ Division final, Dharmasoka defeated Ananda College, Colombo, 3–0, while in the girls’ ‘A’ Division final, Girls’ High School overcame Mahamaya College, Kandy, 3–1 to claim the championship.

Under-12 Boys:
‘A’ Division: Champion – Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda; Runner-up – Ananda College. Third places – Royal College Colombo and Nalanda College Colombo.
‘B’ Division: Champion – Hindu College Colombo; Runner-up – Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda; Third places – St Joseph’s College Colombo, Kingswood College Kandy.
‘C’ Division: Champion – Springfield International Kandy; Runner-up – Gateway College Colombo; Third places – Royal Central College Polonnaruwa, Maliyadeva College Kurunegala.
‘D’ Division: Champion – Horizon International Malabe; Runner-up – Gateway College Kandy; Third places– Richmond College Galle, S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia.
‘E’ Division: Champion – St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa; Runner-up – Horizon International Malabe; Third places– Richmond College Galle, Aluthgama MV.
‘F’ Division: Champion – École International Digana; Runner-up – Polymath College Nawinna; Third places– Carey College Colombo, OKI International Wattala.
‘G’ Division: Champion – Polymath College Nawinna; Runner-up – École International Digana; Third places – Karandeniya CC, OKI International Wattala.
‘H’ Division: Champion – Polymath College Nawinna; Runner-up – Lyceum International Panadura; Third places – S. Thomas’ Prep Colombo, Lyceum Panadura.
Under-12 Girls:
‘A’ Division: Champion – Girls’ High School Kandy; Runner-up – Mahamaya College Kandy; Third places – Visakha Vidyalaya Colombo, Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda.
‘B’ Division: Champion – Girls’ High School Kandy; Runner-up – Maliyadeva Balika Kurunegala; Third places – Musaeus College Colombo, Mahamaya College Kandy.
‘C’ Division: Champion – Mahamaya College Kandy; Runner-up – Girls’ High School Kandy; Third places– Viharamahadevi Balika Kiribathgoda, Ladies’ College Colombo.
‘D’ Division: Champion – Gateway College Colombo; Runner-up – Kegalu Balika Kegalle; Third places – Karandeniya Primary School, Horizon International Malabe.
‘E’ Division: Champion – Anula Vidyalaya Nugegoda; Runner-up – Polymath College Nawinna; Third places– Lyceum Yakkala, Gateway College Colombo.
‘F’ Division: Champion – Muslim Ladies’ College Galle; Runner-up – Kegalu Balika Kegalle; Third places– École International Digana, Bishop’s College Colombo.
