David Pieris favourites against Teejay in MCA final

David Pieris Motor Company A go out firm favourites against Teejay Lanka in the MCA C division final on Sunday at the MCA ground commencing 9.45 am according to the organisers.

The David Pieris team finished on top of the league points table with five wins on the trot and just one defeat.

They beat Teejay Lanka by 67 runs, Sampath Bank by five wickets, Commercial Bank by 141 runs, MAS Bodyline by 121 runs and LOLC Holdings by three wickets. Their only blemish was losing to MAS Intimates by 23 runs.

Teejay Lanka finished second in the league points table with four wins and two defeats. Their wins were against Commercial Bank by nine runs, MAS Bodyline by 54 runs, Sampath Bank by six wickets and LOLC by two wickets. Their two defeats were against DPMC by 67 runs and MAS Intimates by three wickets.
