CSE nod for Softlogic Capital

Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) approved in principle an application put forward by Softlogica Capital Limited to list 27, 200, 000 ordinary shares of the company by way of an Introduction.

According to Softlogic Holdings PLC Chairman and Managing Director Ashok Pathirage, Softlogic Capital is going to be the holding company for finance and insurance companies Softlogic has under its umbrella.

Following this plan, Soflogic Finance PLC and Asian Alliance Insurance PLC will be held under Softlogic Captial Limited.
