Shammi Silva re-elected as SLC President

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) announced the election of Shammi Silva, uncontested, as the President of SLC for the 2025–2027 term.

This marks his fourth consecutive term in office and the third time he has been elected uncontested.

The election took place alongside the 64th Annual General Meeting of SLC at the Cinnamon Grand, Colombo.

SLC election was held under the supervision of the Election Committee, Chaired by Retired Court of Appeal Justice Malani Gunaratne, who officially declared the results.

The following office-bearers for the 2025–2027 term were elected uncontested. President: Shammi Silva. Vice-President: Dr. Jayantha Dharmadasa. Vice-President: Ravin Wickramaratne.
