Radin and Senuli bag U-12 Best Athlete Awards

Radin Kalutarage of Royal Institute, Colombo (20 points) and Senuli Jayaneththi of Lyceum Panadura (30) won the Under-12 Boys’ and Girls’ Athletic Championship at the 23rd International Schools Athletic Championship 2025 held at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo.  

Meanwhile, Gateway College, Colombo with 67 points won the Overall Championship in the Under-12 age group.  

Thirty-two new meet records were also set at the ISAC 2025. More than 1,500 athletes from 22 international schools participated in this meet.

Under-12 Girls’ champion: Senuli Jayaneththi (Lyceum Panadura), Under-12 Boys’ champion: Radin Kalutharage (Royal institute), Under-12 Overall Champion School: (Gateway Colombo) , Under-14 Girls’ champion: Chenuthi Perera (Lyceum Panadura), Under-14 Boys’ champion: Mahiru Weerakkody (Lyceum Nugegoda), Under-14 Overall Champions School: Lyceum Nugegoda, Under-16 Girls’ champion: Dilini Rajapaksha (Lyceum Wattala), Under-16 Boys’ champion: Ashain Thewarapperuma (Gateway Colombo), Under-16 Overall Champion School: Lyceum Wattala. Under-18 Girls’ champion: Dhananjana Fernando (Lyceum Wattala), Under-18 Boys’ champion: Umar Arshad (OKI), Under-18 Overall Champion School: Lyceum Wattala, Under-20 Girls’ champion: Nehansa Paranaliyanage (Gateway Colombo), Under-20 Boys’ joint champions: Vishwa Dhanasekara (Lyceum Wattala), Anjana Prabashwara (Lyceum Wattala) and Navishek Siwanathen (Gateway Colombo), Under-20 Overall Champion School: Lyceum Wattala, Overall Relay Champions: Gateway Colombo.
