Major Club Cricket Kandy Customs CC down Negombo CC to record second win

Kandy Customs CC pulled off an outright win by 35 runs over Negombo CC in the Major Club three day cricket tournament played at the FTZ ground in Katunayake.   
In fact Kandy Customs CC came back after conceding a first innings lead to their opponents and after setting Negombo CC a target of 208 runs for victory succeeded to bowl them out for 172 runs to record their second outright win.   

From the ten matches that were scheduled to be played only four matches were worked off with the others being hampered by rain with Kurunegala YCC, Sebastianites CC and Police SC recording first innings wins against Ace Capital CC, Air Force SC and Bloomfield.
