Hockey Nationals postponed

The Hockey Federation of Sri Lanka (HFSL) has postponed the 2023 Senior National Hockey Championships (Men and Women) to the last week of January due to the bad weather conditions in the country.  

The HFSL had earlier planned to conduct the Senior Hockey Nationals from November 9 to 12 at the Shalika Grounds in Narahenpita.  

The postponed Hockey Nationals is to be held from January 25 to 28. A total of 21 teams (14 men and seven women) have entered the Senior Hockey Nationals 2023. 

 
Meanwhile, the national pool will be formed after the Senior National Hockey Tournament. (S.P)
