Eddie Jones in Sri Lanka

World renowned rugby coach, Eddie Jones will be in Sri Lanka to conduct an exclusive coaching clinic organised by Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) on March 9 in Colombo.

The highly looked forward to programme will take place at CR and FC ground and is expected to significantly boost the country’s high-performance rugby ambitions.

The visit will feature a specialised morning seminar for 36 school and club coaches, providing a rare opportunity to learn from one of the most respected minds in international rugby.

Jones coached England and Australia at World Cups and returned to coach Japan in 2024. He will share insights on modern tactics, player management and performance culture.

In the evening, he will oversee a high-performance training session with the Sri Lanka squad and the session will be open to the public, offering young players, coaches and rugby enthusiasts a firsthand look at a world-class training environment.
