200 from Sri Lanka to compete at Asian Masters Athletics

Nearly 200 athletes from Sri Lanka will take part in the 23rd Asian Masters Athletics Championship, according to Masters Athletic Sri Lanka (MASL).
The Asian Masters tournament will be held in October in China with the participation of over  6,000 athletes from 40 countries.

The date of the competition will be decided at the Council meeting of Asian Masters Athletics on June 17.

MASL will be represented by the President  H.A. Upali at this council meeting.

The Sri Lanka team was chosen from the Masters Nationals Athletic held at the Sugathadasa Stadium.
