Spectrum Overseas Education Consultancy facilitates landmark event at Cinnamon Grand this Saturday
A major Australian education delegation led by Griffith University – Queensland and Study Queensland, Queensland Government is visiting Sri Lanka to meet prospective students and education partners this weekend.
The event, facilitated by Spectrum Overseas Education Consultancy, will take place on Saturday, 29th November 2025, at the Courtyard Hall, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, beginning at 10 a.m. It aims to showcase Queensland as one of the most attractive destinations for higher education and career progression.
Focus on Education and Career.
The forum — themed “Education in Queensland” — will highlight the diverse academic and lifestyle benefits available to Sri Lankan students who choose to study in Australia’s Sunshine State.
Representatives from Griffith University and Study Queensland, Queensland Government will present details on course offerings, scholarship opportunities and post-study work visas.
Griffith University, ranked among the top 2% of universities globally, is renowned for its Medical School, Engineering programmes, and top-tier MBA offerings. The university is extending 50% and 20% merit scholarships to international students from Sri Lanka and across South Asia.
