Black sheep won the day!

There is a dark stocky Diyawanna political authority  that is said to be thick with anti-social elements.

A khaki high-up posted to the stronghold of this politico had begun conducting raids on Kasippu and drug dens and illicit gambling places in the area and giving a tough time to all disreputable characters. 

The political authority being a thick chum of 
the black sheep in the area had clashed with the law-enforcing khaki high-up and had got the latter transferred out.
People in the area who were closely watching the good work of the khaki high-up with approbation are now angry with the political authority for transferring him out and they reportedly have vowed to teach the latter a good lesson at the next general polls.
