CIPM and KDU enter into MoU

KDU Vice-Chancellor Rear Admiral H.G.U. Dammika Kumara and CIPM Sri Lanka CEO U.A.C. Obeyesekere exchange MoU

CIPM Sri Lanka, the nation’s leader in human resource management, recently entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU), to expand educational opportunities and explore new vistas for their students. 


“We are confident that the learning and professional development opportunities at CIPM, which are widely acknowledged as the best in the field of human resource management (HRM) and industry, our international affiliations with people management organisations such as the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management, World Federation of People Management Associations and regional HRM bodies will open new vistas for the students,” said CIPM Sri Lanka CEO U.A.C. Obeyesekere. 


The signing of the MoU took place at the KDU Vice Chancellor’s office with CIPM Sri Lanka Honorary Secretary Saman Jayawickkrama, Honorary Editor Air Vice Marshal Manoj Keppetipola, Council Member Harendra Hewakuruppu, Chief Executive Officer U.A.C. Obeyesekere, Manager Examination Sujeewa Perera, Assistant Manager Professional and Academic Affairs Ravindu Sachintha, KDU Vice Chancellor Rear Admiral H.G.U. Dammika Kumara, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academics Prof. K.A.S. Dhammika, Faculty of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities Dean Dr. L. Liyanage, Management and Finance Department Head D.D. Lokuge and other academic staff.
