Hirunika resigns as National Organiser of SJB Vanitha Balawegaya

Kaduwela Electoral Organiser of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya and Former Parliamentarian Hirunika Premachandra said she decided to resign from the post of National Organiser of the SJB Vanitha Balawegaya ( Women’s Force).  

She told the media in Colombo yesterday that the defeat of the SJB at the presidential election should be attributed to the failures of electoral organisers.  

The former parliamentarian said that she was disheartened by the allegations made by a close confidante of SJB Leader Sajith Premadasa and that it compelled her to resign from the post of National Organiser of the Vanitha Balawegaya.
