Electricity tariff revision: PUCSL to begin public consultations from Tuesday

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) announced yesterday that public consultations on the electricity tariff revision will commence on Tuesday.  

The consultations will focus on the proposed electricity tariff revision for the six-month period from January to June 2025.  

The consultations will continue until January 8, and the public are encouraged to submit comments through various methods.

Following the consultations, the commission will review the proposal. A draft proposal will then be published for further public feedback.
