Dr. Krishantha Pathiraja represents SL at Tamil Nadu Research and Development Summit

Dr. Krishantha Pathiraja (PhD) had the distinguished honour of representing Sri Lanka as a special guest at the International Foundation of Tamil Nadu Research and Development Summit, held recently in India. The event commenced with an inspiring keynote address delivered by Dr. Pathiraja.  

In his speech, Dr. Pathiraja emphasized the strong bilateral relationship between Sri Lanka and India, highlighting the significant contributions of the Indian government towards the development of Sri Lanka’s economy. He particularly praised India’s support in various sectors including infrastructure, education, and technology.   

The summit saw the participation of academic experts, professors, and university lecturers from across India, including regions such as Central India, North India, Haryana, and Kerala.   

Dr. Krishantha Pathiraja, is a Director of HDFC Bank and a member of the faculty of Sociology and Languages and a Lecturer of the Sabaragamuwa University.
