Canadian High Commission Opens in new address

The High Commission of Canada to Sri Lanka and the Maldives yesterday announced that it had officially relocated its Chancery to a newly renovated facility on Srimath R. G. Senanayake Mawatha in Colombo 7.

All official correspondence and visitor appointments hereafter would be directed to No. 6, Srimath R. G. Senanayake Mawatha starting today, June 24, 2026, the press release said.

While the High Commission prepares to welcome visitors to the upgraded Colombo 7 Chancery, the public is advised to consult Canada’s official diplomatic portal for updated program details, consular services, and specific contact information.
