A ceremony to award NVQ-level certificates to students who have completed training in various professions, organised for the third time by the Public Affairs Department of the Colombo Municipal Council, was held yesterday at the Public Library Auditorium under the patronage of the Mayor of Colombo, Vraie Cally Balthazar.
