Breast cancer awareness programme in Kandy today

The Rajaputhra Foundation, in collaboration with Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, is organising a special Breast Cancer Awareness CSR Programme today in Kandy.  

The programme, held under the theme “Early Detection Saves Lives”, will focus on creating awareness about the importance of regular screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer among women. The event will take place at Muthu Villa, Kandy on October 21st, from 11:00AM to 4:00PM each day.  

The initiative will provide free breast screenings conducted by qualified female doctors and nurses from Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, along with educational sessions on self-examination techniques, and discount vouchers for mammogram testing at Nawaloka Hospitals.  

Each session will be limited to 100 participants, ensuring personalised attention and high-quality medical consultation.
