WAYA InnoFest 2025: A Journey from Ideas to Innovation

Wayamba University of Sri Lanka will host WAYA InnoFest 2025 on 19th September at the Kuliyapitiya premises. The event will have two main parts: a Symposium where senior students will present their final-year projects and research, and a Project Showcase where junior students will display their creative ideas and practical solutions. These two programmes show the full journey of students at the university, from advanced research to early experiments. They also highlight teamwork, problem-solving, and the creative thinking skills of the students. In addition, school students have been invited to attend the event. This gives them the chance to see university-level projects, learn new things, and gain inspiration for their future studies. It is also a great way to build stronger connections between the university and the school community. WAYA InnoFest 2025 will be a day of learning, sharing, and celebrating the power of innovation.
