“Something is better than nothing,” would have been the thought that ran across the minds of the low income earning people of Bandaranaikepura in Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, who queued up to receive the sum of Rs.2,000 distributed by the officers of the Rajagiriya Divisional Secretariat yesterday.
