We don’t want Sajith but will accept others from SJB; Palitha Range Bandara

In response to the remark made by Leader of Opposition Sajith Premadasa that he will not associate with President Ranil Wickremesinghe, United National Party (UNP) General Secretary Palitha Range Bandara yesterday confirmed that his party is in discussions with some Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) members for reconciliation.  

“We have been in touch with some SJB MPs who are willing to join us,” Mr. Range Bandara told Daily Mirror.  “We are not keen on getting Sajith to join the UNP, but are in the process of getting other SJB MPs to join us,” he said.
