McDonald’s Corporation and International Restaurant Systems (Private) Limited ends Franchise Relationship in Sri Lanka, according to a statement from it.

The statement said McDonald’s Corporation and International Restaurant Systems (Private) Limited have entered a legal settlement mutually agreeable to them.

The franchise relationship that previously existed between them has ended. McDonald’s Corporation and International Restaurant Systems (Pvt) Ltd extend their gratitude to the public for their support during this period and encourage the public to disregard any rumours or speculation previously circulated in the media, according to the statement.
