Deadline for TIN numbers extended to April

The deadline for obtaining Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) for those who are more than 18 years of age has been extended to April 1, sources from the Finance Ministry said yesterday.   
The deadline has been extended in order to provide adequate time for the payers to get their TIN numbers.  

However, potential payers were requested to get their TIN numbers as soon as possible without waiting till the last moment.
