Four men, who were arrested with a stock of medicinal Walla Patta (Wrightia Zeylanica) or a substitute, were released on bail by Colombo Fort Magistrate yesterday. The suspects were arrested while transporting 165 kilos of the tree bark chips at Nawam Mawatha in Colombo on a tip off by the Slave Island police. Pix by Nisal Baduge
