An Austrian, who had arrived in Sri Lanka recently as a tourist, engaging in cleaning the premises of the Avukana statue in Kekirawa. He had first visited the Avukana statue in 1988 and had decided to visit again. A Catholic by birth, he is engaging in Buddhist religious activities. Pix by Kushan Jayawardhane
